The emerged of blockchain technology truely have changes many things about our todays finance and has reshape the industries all over the world. And this has been a good turnaround for our finances and has impacted the future of jobs and our workplace with just the use of internet.

With Web 3 everything now look possible, people now find a new jobs environment that is challenging to traditional models. Undoubtedly job on Web 3 space give everyone opportunity to represent their real events on Blockchain and get rewarded, and we don't need anyone to tell us anymore that we are in next generation of internet because we have been seeing that already with many benefits that surrounds the Web 3 space. Web 3 is here to counter Web 2 and give individual ownership of their data without data manipulation unlike Web 2.

One of the exciting thing again about this new web3 is the innovation of peer-to-peer market place that eliminate third parties transaction or middle in crypto space, if you have been in country where crypto is not legalize you have to buypass and buy from third parties not directly and that make the cost of buying of crypto cost. One example of this is paxful. But now with peer-to-peer market place powered by blockchain no needs of intermediary.

Web3 really removed the hierarchical structure of traditional organizations and stay to give a potential to change the way we interact with internet which is great shift for work environment. Many of us don't know Web3 is a great opportunity for this generation seeking for jobs, nowadays seeking a job has become challenging, I sorry to say I'm now tired of submitting CV up and down, and that is the difference between web3 and our traditional model, Web3 allows for more accurate for skills and qualifications without providing traditional resumes but facilitate more efficient hiring process for job seekers which brings more jobs opportunity in today's society. And as this is continues it eill evolve and encourage more role in our society, a roles such as blockchains developers, dApps builder, and that will encourage more demands pf skills into the space which will encourage many to find confidence in a new environment that doesn't request for certificate or resumes.

However, this transformation has been creating that new opportunities to reshape the way we work, earn and even has been secure a work environment that is powerful for content creators which I see as an opportunity for individuals to showcase their skills and reputation through decentralized platform like Hive.

With Web3 youth will have opportunity of building career on decentralized Apps take control of their own data which will make traditional jobs system irrelevant. Infact that already happening as people find it easy to monetize on Web 3 space than traditional job environment that you have to experience stress and lot of challenges. But think with blockchain technology now everyone can easily earn income directly from Web3 ecosystem.
