Super champions 

Barça is once again crowned Spanish super champion after beating its staunch rival three goals to two in the Super Cup final in Saudi Arabia, specifically at the Alinma Stadium in Jeddah. For the team led by Flick it means the fourth consecutive domestic title, something that no one has achieved in Spanish football, the first trophy of the year and the third consecutive victory against Real Madrid in finals.

The match began with little pressure from both teams, the pressure of the match being noticeable, especially on the Merengue bench led by beat a great Joan García

After the hydration break, the true tension generated by the classics began to escalate. At minute 36, Raphinha put the Blaugranas ahead with a powerful cross shot from a pass from Fermín. With this victory, Flick maintains a perfect record in finals with eight wins in the same number of outings in which the following stand out: 4 Super Cups (2 Spain, 1 Germany and Europe), 2 national Cups (Germany and Spain), a Champions League and an Intercontinental Cup, in addition to giving Barcelona its 16th title in these fights, expanding the distance of three with Real Madrid
