BBQ time!
Gm my friends! It's lunch time and that means munch time!! Yes sir!
We started with some home made crab ceviche to get the gut ready for some barbecue. This is made with crab (which very well could be fish disguised as crab) 🤷♂️ chopped red onion, tomato, cilantro and freshly squeezed lime juice. mix it up and enjoy your seafood salad.
I like to add a bit of kick to it so I poured some freshly made chiltepe pepper sauce on it for a little extra bite.
Oh yeah,
We got some brand new napkins :)
the Mrs made some cauliflower dip
And the boys went to town on some BBQ pork, seasoned with salt, pepper, thyme and thrown on the charcoal grill on broil. Sometimes less really is more.
When these babies came off the tanning bed, they looked like this:

Well, gotta run. Don't want this getting cold and I don't want to get my keyboard dirty either.

5 commentsThat looks delicious. Do you use barbecue sauce with it? I think if it's well seasoned you don't need to, but sometimes it gets a bit dry without.
No barbecue sauce for this one :) haha. It was well seasoned and cooked to juicy perfection.

I'm guessing you had some nice beer to wash that down with😎🍖🍻
My friend owns a brewery and a mescal bar. It would be uncivilized not to wash it down with either one of those (or maybe both).
