Creo que tenia mucho tiempo sin hacer un maquillaje en tonalidades azules y hoy me anime a hacerlo, el azul es uno de mis colores favoritos, pero cuando se trata de maquillaje a veces es difícil de trabajar. Aunque las sombras pigmenten muy bien muchas veces el color azul se mezcla con el corrector que mayormente tiene tonalidades amarillentes y termina viéndose mas verdoso que azul, hoy intente algo diferente para potenciar este color azul, colocando una base azul con pinturas corporales en crema y sellando encima con diferentes tonos azules, pero este maquillaje además tiene un poco de cian y lila lo cual me hace recordar muchísimo a un escenario marino. En definitiva, me encanto como quedo.

I think it's been a while since I've done a makeup look in shades of blue, and today I decided to try it. Blue is one of my favorite colors, but when it comes to makeup, it's sometimes difficult to work with. Although eyeshadows have very good pigmentation, the blue color often mixes with concealer, which mostly has yellowish tones, and ends up looking more greenish than blue. Today I tried something different to enhance this blue color: applying a blue base with cream body paint and sealing it with different shades of blue. This makeup also has a bit of cyan and lilac, which reminds me a lot of a seascape. Ultimately, I loved how it turned out.

Comencé limpiando e hidratando mi rostro para luego ocuparme de mis cejas, las cuales maquillé con un color muy oscuro y les di una forma fina. Esta vez en vez de corrector, aplique primer de sombras en todo el parpado este primer es de un color frio y me ayudaría con la pigmentación sin cambiar demasiado el color. Luego tome un color azul claro de mi paleta de body Paint (en crema) y la aplique en toda la línea de agua, encima selle con una sombra de ojos azul del mismo tono, luego tome sombra de ojos lila y la aplique en la parte superior del parpado y lo difuminé muy bien. Nuevamente tome la pintura corporal azul clara y la aplique en mi ojo difuminándola y selle con sombra de ojos azul claro y azul oscuro.

I started by cleansing and moisturizing my face and then worked on my eyebrows, which I filled in with a very dark color and gave them a fine shape. This time, instead of concealer, I applied an eyeshadow primer all over my eyelid. This primer is a cool color and would help with the pigmentation without changing the color too much. Then, I took a light blue color from my Body Paint palette (cream) and applied it all over my waterline. On top, I sealed it with a blue eyeshadow of the same shade. Then, I took a lilac eyeshadow and applied it to the upper part of my eyelid, blending it very well. Again, I took the light blue body paint and applied it to my eye, blending it, and sealed it with light blue and dark blue eyeshadow.

Luego coloque encima sombras brillantes, primero coloque una sombra color cian luego un poco de morado azulado y finalmente una azul oscuro. Finalicé los ojos aplicando mascara de pestañas, para mi rostro aplique base y rubor, sellé con polvo traslucido y elegí el color del labial que en esta oportunidad elegí un marón claro. Finalice aplicando iluminador en la nariz, pómulos y lagrimal.

Then I applied shimmery shadows on top, first a cyan shadow, then a bit of bluish purple, and finally a dark blue. I finished my eyes with mascara. For my face, I applied foundation and blush, set it with translucent powder, and chose a lipstick color, which this time was a light brown. I finished by applying highlighter to my nose, cheekbones, and inner corner.
