睡觉要重视起来
两年前我给自己定了个目标,就是早睡早起。具体是每天晚上10点入睡,早上6点或者7点起床,利用早起的一两个小时完成一些每天的例行事情。这样就能给一天起个好头,让这一天接下来的时间不用太赶,可以更从容的安排各项事情。可惜理想很饱满,现实办不到。我从来没有实行过晚上10点入睡,大部分时间都是10点以后躺床上,接着开始刷手机,有时候刷的停不下来入睡就比较晚。就算刷手机时间不太长,真正入睡也到11点多了。
睡的晚自然也就影响第二天早起,我只试过零星几次早上6~7点起床,次数非常少一个手都能数的过来。最近几天刷到张雪峰事件,让我开始重新审视早睡早起。只要睡眠不好就很影响第二天状态,而且年龄越大越明显。去年暑假开车带孩子自驾游就是这样,我开车直到凌晨才到达目的地,只睡了短短几个钟头起来又要赶路,整个脑袋都是昏沉沉的非常难受,因为一点小事和孩子妈吵了几句。长期睡眠不足很影响身体健康,并且造成易怒暴躁。
张雪峰事情爆出来,一个很重要的点就是长期睡眠不足。他每天工作安排的很满,晚上睡眠又不足,一直在亏空身体。刷手机确实带给人短期快乐,也在无形中剥夺了健康。早睡早起是古人留下来的宝贵经验,晚上睡着后身体开始排毒恢复机能。大家要重视睡眠,尽量做到早睡早起。
