Gratitude or gratefulness helps boost our overall well-being. Do you practice a "grateful living" approach? If you do, what are you most thankful for today?

This is a very thoughtful prompt and I feel motivated to attempt because there's obviously a lot I'm grateful for.

I was taught from a very young age that gratitude open doors for more. One who is grateful, is contented.

Looking around the world today, where there is so much uncertainties. I choose to look beyond the negative side of life.

I'm grateful for the simple things of life money can never buy. Nature and the beauty all around me. The ability to see, hear, talk and even breathe. I'm grateful for a measure of peace of mind at the moment.

Living a grateful life has helped me see beyond the things I lack, and helped me cherish the things I have right now.

I find ways to show appreciation to anyone who leaves me a thoughtful word or show any little act of kindness.

I've also learned to stop comparing my life with others, simply cause I'm aware everyone is living in their timeline.

This has helped me stay more focused in life, knowing I'm headed to a different destination. So long I'm not stagnant, I'll surely get there.

Every little win in my life is worth celebrating, because I know there were days I prayed for those and now it's finally a reality.

Loving a grateful life has boosted my happiness, because I live every moment to full, and leave tomorrow until tomorrow.

Monday started off nicely, but towards the evening , I started to have catarrh and yesterday, I had a very terrible headache which left me disorganized.

I left so many things pending even after taking some drugs. I still couldn't open my eyes because it ached so badly.

I feel better today, so I am most grateful for a healthy body and mind. I'm grateful I could show up on Hive today to respond to this prompt and I'm grateful that I could finish sewing one of the project I left pending due to the headache two days back.

Too often we underrate the ability to go about our businesses with no hindrance. It's indeed a blessing to wake up and show up.
