The very fact that you consider Hamas and Israel to be equally unreliable in their reporting is a huge moral and legal problem on your part. Hamas is a terrorist group that is proscribed by law, always lies, and self documented in real time their appalling atrocities. Israel is a nation state that does its best to tell the truth and is an important ally of Australia and The West in general.
The very fact that consider much lower Israeli casualties as evidence of some wrong doing on Israel's part is also a huge moral and legal problem on your part. Israel spends billions protecting its citizens and soldiers with the best tech available.

THE TRUTH
Jews are the indigenous people of Israel. The Bible & many other historical written sources (Herodotus, Tactitus, Josephus etc) as well as extensive archeological evidence confirms Jews 3500+ year old connection with and habitation of The Land of Israel (which includes all Gaza, Judea & Samaria).
Gazans are Muslim Arabs from Arabia. THEY are colonisers. That is why 57 nations speak Arabic because they colonised much of the ME & N Africa.
They are all officially refugees. Gaza is NOT their land. It is Jewish land conquered by Egypt in 1949 - Gaza is a strip because that's where the IDF stopped the Egyptian tank columns advancing on Tel Aviv.
The whole "palestinian" identity was invented by the KGB and Arafat in 1964.
Before that the word "Palestinian" referred to the Jews of pre-State Israel.
The "pro-palestine" movement is an inherently anti-semitic, anti-civilisational movement that is rightfully being declared domestic terrorists around the world. It is an immense threat to the nations that host it.
They don't care one iota for Gazans. This is evidenced by:
- their failure to support anti-Hamas Gazan groups now developing in Gaza;
- their attacks on GHF's direct aid distribution to Gazan's instead of the prior system where Hamas steals the aid and then sells it back to Gazans who are provided money by The UN etc which then goes to fund Hamas;
- their failure to pressure Egypt to let the Gazans leave a war zone;
- their failure to support the Trump Gaza Plan to provide a better life for Gazans elsewhere.
As I've said your are on the wrong side of history here.

A) Israel (10M) has strategically defeated enemies with well over 170M people on 7 fronts and is fully supported by the most powerful countries in the world, the US & India (also fighting Islamist terrorism).

Israel and its allies are coming after the "pro-palestine" movement and those anti-semites who supported our enemies during this war. Don't make yourself one of them.
B) Israel is the only wealthy country that has high fertility - TFR 3.0, well above replacement. All other 1st and 2nd world countries are dying from a massive fertility collapse (TFRs 0.7-1.5). US & India are dying the slowest and, with Israel, will dominate the next century.
So Israel is going to dominate the world of the future while those that oppose Israel are going to collapse. This is locked in and almost impossible to change.

Your entire worldview is coloured by the terrible behaviour of almost all governments during COVID. I understand this and lived it too.
Israel was first into COVID tyranny, but also first out of it. Its people rebelled once they realised the threat was minimal and the police quietly refused to enforce ridiculous rules.
I live in the center of Tel Aviv and never wore a mask, never got jabbed, only took a stupid test twice in order to fly and protested regularly. I wrote to every politician protesting against COVID restrictions as early as April 2020.
But there are greater threats to one's life and liberty than governments going mad over a virus. In particular, being surrounded by millions of people who want to kill you simply for being Jewish.
You know nothing about my government or society.

Indeed if you are an American, my impression is that it was so corrupt that the American people elected a complete outsider to clean it up. He tried in his first term but was blocked by the Deep State. He is doing a better job this time.
