Simple 2 Minute Dinner
So this is my Dinner for tonight and no I did not make this in 2 minutes as said in the Title. The reason behind the 2 Minute is pretty simple, its because the company that sells this Maggi advertises it to be cooked in just 2 Minutes which is completely wrong. In a sense, it can be made in 2 minutes but it will most likely be half cooked. So it's better to take your time and cook it rather than going for the 2 Minute mark.
Trust me I have tried making it in 2 Minutes and I have failed numerous times. The minimum amount of time that I required to make a proper Maggi was like 5 minutes with the water already boiling.
So for today's meal, it was pretty simple as I had literally zero veggies to add to my Maggi so all I added were some leftover Carrots and Tomatoes. Mixed them with the boiled Maggi and added some Maggi Masala and its done my Dinner has been served. BTW there are like hundreds of variations of Maggi so if you are from India and you have any crazy recipe then please do share it with me in my comment section as I would love to try that out.
