A football tournament has been started for the children in the winter camp, and the matches will continue for two weeks. As I mentioned before, the staff members and management are making every effort to organize sports activities for the students on weekends.

Playing with others and having sports activities is very important. That's why every weekend is reserved for sports activities for them. Since the winter camp session is coming to an end, the management has decided to hold a football tournament for the last two weeks.

This is an inter-class competition, and from each class, 8 top players are selected to form a team. In this way, 8 teams have been created, which will play knockout matches.

Only 2 teams will make it to the finals, and the winning team will be awarded prizes at the end of the winter camp. This tournament is very interesting for the children, and the students have participated eagerly.

In this regard, show matches were played this week and Sunday, and all teams were introduced. The matches are scheduled to be held on two grounds: Mughal football ground and Yazdan Khan ground. We are lucky that both grounds are available for the matches.

The ground shown in the picture is Mughal football ground, where 12 players can play at a time. This is also called a futsal ground, which the children really like.

Since the cold is very intense, we have set the timing at 9 AM, which is the best time to play, and the warmth of the sun is also very nice. As you can see in the picture, the players and other students who are watching the match are enjoying it and also enjoying the warmth.

The match started on Saturday at 9 AM, with Asghar’s team playing against Murtaza’s team. The children’s match was very exciting, and the staff members and teachers also enjoyed it.

Winning and losing is part of the game, and one team has to win. This spirit is also taught to the children, so they grow up with this in mind and become good sportspeople.

The organization of these tournaments and having weekly sports days for the children is to emphasize the importance of making them good sportspeople, giving them sportsmanship, and helping them become better players.

There is no doubt that there is a good career in sports for players, and excellent earnings can be made in this field. Examples of this are famous football players like Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, and other top players who have excellent earnings and fame.

سردیوں کے کیمپ کے بچوں کے لیے فٹ بال ٹورنامنٹ کا آغاز کیا گیا ہے اور دو ہفتوں تک میچز چلتے رہیں گے۔ جیسا کہ میں نے بتایا تھا کہ اسٹاف ممبرز اور مینجمنٹ طلباء کے لیے ہر ممکن کوشش کر رہی ہے کہ وہ ویک اینڈز میں ان کو اسپورٹس ایکٹیوٹیز کرائیں۔

دوسروں کے ساتھ کھیلنا اور اسپورٹس ایکٹیوٹیز کا ہونا نہایت ہی ضروری ہے۔ اس لیے ہر ویک اینڈ کو ان کے لیے اسپورٹس ڈے مخصوص ہے۔ اب چونکہ سردیوں کے کیمپ کا سیشن اپنے اختتام کو پہنچ رہا ہے تو مینجمنٹ کی طرف سے یہ فیصلہ آیا ہے کہ آخری دو ہفتے ان کے لیے فٹ بال ٹورنامنٹ رکھا جائے۔

یہ انٹرکلاسز ہیں اور ہر کلاس سے 8 بہترین کھلاڑیوں کا انتخاب کیا جاتا ہے اور ایک ٹیم تشکیل دی جاتی ہے۔ اسی طرح 8 ٹیمیں بنائی گئی ہیں جو ناک آؤٹ میچز کھیلیں گی۔

اسی طرح صرف 2 ٹیمیں فائنلز تک رسائی حاصل کریں گی اور جو فائنل جیتنے والی ٹیم ہوگی ان کو سردیوں کے کیمپ کے اختتام پر انعامات سے نوازا جائے گا۔ یہ ٹورنامنٹ بچوں کے لیے نہایت ہی دلچسپ ہے اور طلباء نے بڑی خوشی سے حصہ لیا ہے۔

اسی سلسلے میں اس ہفتے اور اتوار کو شو میچز کھیلیں گئے اور تمام ٹیموں کی نمائش ہوئی۔ میچز کا شیڈول 2 گراؤنڈز میں ممکن ہے: مغل فٹ بال گراؤنڈ اور یزدان خان گراؤنڈ۔ ہماری خوش نصیبی ہے کہ یہ دونوں گراؤنڈز میچز کے لیے دستیاب ہیں۔

یہ جو تصویر میں دکھایا گیا ہے، یہ مغل فٹ بال گراؤنڈ ہے جہاں پر 12 کھلاڑی ایک وقت میں کھیل سکتے ہیں۔ اسے فٹسال گراؤنڈ بھی کہا جاتا ہے جسے بچے نہایت ہی پسند کرتے ہیں۔

سردی کی شدت بھی زیادہ ہے، اس لیے ہم نے صبح 9 بجے کا وقت مقرر کر دیا ہے جو کھیلنے کے لیے بہترین وقت ہے اور سورج کی گرمی بھی بہت اچھی رہتی ہے۔ جیسا کہ آپ تصویر میں دیکھ سکتے ہیں، کھلاڑیوں کے ساتھ ساتھ دوسرے طلباء جو میچ دیکھنے کے شوقین ہیں، وہ بھی اس سے لطف اندوز ہو رہے ہیں اور ساتھ ہی گرمی سے بھی خوش ہو رہے ہیں۔

یعنی میچ کا آغاز ہفتے والے دن صبح 9 بجے ہوا جو اسغر ٹیم بمقابلہ مرتضیٰ ٹیم کھیلا گیا۔ بچوں کا یہ میچ نہایت ہی شاندار رہا جسے اسٹاف ممبرز اور اساتذہ نے بھی خوب انجوائے کیا۔

ہار اور جیت تو کھیل کا حصہ ہے اور ایک ٹیم نے تو لازمی جیتنا ہی تھا، یہی سپرٹ بچوں کو بھی سکھائی گئی تاکہ وہ بڑے ہو کر اس بات کو ذہن میں رکھیں اور ایک اچھا اسپورٹس مین بنیں۔

ان ٹورنامنٹس کا اہتمام اور بچوں کے لیے ہفتہ وار اسپورٹس ڈے رکھنا اس بات کی طرف توجہ دلانا ہے کہ انہیں ایک اچھا اسپورٹس مین بنایا جائے اور ان میں اسپورٹس کی سپرٹ آئے اور وہ اچھے کھلاڑی بن سکیں۔

اس میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ اسپورٹس میں اچھا کیریئر ہے کھلاڑیوں کے لیے اور اس میدان سے بہترین کمائی جا سکتی ہے۔ اس کی مثال بڑے فٹ بال کھلاڑی ہیں جیسے کہ کرسٹیانو رونالڈو، لیونل میسی اور دوسرے بڑے کھلاڑی جن کی بہترین ارننگ ہے اور ساتھ ہی شہرت بھی زیادہ ہے۔
