Wave Runner ^{(Common Water Monster).}

Wave Runner is that kind of shark that can leap out of the water with a powerful swipe of its tail and bring giant birds and dragons alike into the water. The Wave Runner is a water monster with the "Reach" ability from the first level that allows it to attack from the second position even after being a melee monster. This monster can be a perfect supporter and holder of the second position while it comes to play with the water splinter.

A Brief Info About The Battle

The battle mana cap was 24 with the "Standard" rule where I've used the water splinter and my opponent used the death splinter against me.

My Lineup.

I had Sea Monster in level 1, Wave Runner in level 1, Prismatic Energy in level 1 & Furious Chicken in level 1.

And my opponent had his/her cards as Haunted Spirit in level 1, Skeleton Assassin in level 1, Mantoid in level 1, Undead Priest in level 1, Twisted Jester in level 1 & Cursed Simball in level 1.

Let me talk about monsters that I used in this battle.

No 01: Sea Monster ^{(Common Water Monster)}

I don't play with the water splinter that much but whenever I used to play with this splinter, I knew that Sea Monster should be at the front position as with its great power, it can take great responsibility. I think, with proper strategy, this monster can be a great asset, especially in the big mana cap battle. Having the"Heal" ability unlocked at the first level, this monster can be a nice supporter for the team with its big melee attack. Its "Heal" ability helps it to restore a portion of the monster's health each round which unlocks at level 1 with 1 card.

I've used Sea Monster in level 1 which offers me 4 melee attacks, 1 speed & 8 health with "Heal" ability and it needs 8 mana to play.

No 02: Wave Runner ^{(Common Water Monster)}

No 03: Prismatic Energy ^{(Rare Neutral Monster)}

If you're looking for a very nice and cool monster in neutral splinter with some cool power then I'd suggest Prismatic Energy for that. This monster can get very handy for its big health and especially the magic reflect ability.

I've used Prismatic Energy in level 1 with 1 magic attack, 3 speed, 9 health with the "Magic Reflect" ability and it needs 8 mana for the battle.

No 04: Furious Chicken ^{(Rare Neutral Monster)}

This is the card that I use when there's a slot left but no mana left. I mean its service is great for free I suppose. Right now... I can't imagine playing a match without this card.
It's like the chicken that lays the golden egg. It provides great support with its counterattack. With 0 mana... it's just amazing.

My Furious Chicken is in level 1 with 1 speed, 1 health and It needs 0 mana to play.

For the special buff of my summoner, my Prismatic Energy got +1 magic attack as the summoner offers +1 magic attack to all the magic monsters, and for the special buff of my opponent's summoner, all my melee monsters lost 1 melee attack each. And for the special "Weaken" ability of my opponent's Undead Priest, all my monsters lost 1 health excludes my chicken.

Then... for being the most speed holder, my opponent's Skeleton Assassin started the battle with its first attack on my Furious Chicken and successfully grilled it without any masala. Then after my Prismatic Energy attacked and killed 2 health of my opponent's Haunted Spirit, the Twisted Jester of my opponent attacked and killed 2 health of my Prismatic Energy as well. Then my Wave Runner attacked and killed 1 health of my opponent's Haunted Spirit and then my opponent's Mantoid attacked and killed 2 more health of my Prismatic Energy. Then my opponent's Haunted Spirit healed 2 health and attacked and killed 2 health of my Sea Monser. My Sea Monster then healed 2 health and returned the favor by killing 3 health of the opponent's Haunted Spirit. Then after my opponent's Skeleton Assassin attacked and killed 1 health of my Prismatic Energy, my Prismatic Energy attacked and killed 2 health of my opponent's Haunted Spirit, and then after the opponent's Twisted Jester attacked and killed 2 more health of my Prismatic Energy, my Wave Runner attacked and killed the opponent's Haunted Spirit for good.

Then my opponent's Mantoid attacked and killed my Prismatic Energy for good and my Sea Monster then healed 2 health and attacked and killed my opponent's Skeleton Assassin for good as well. Now it's 2 (me) vs 4 (opponent), and there came a new round. After my Twisted Jester attacked and killed 2 health of my Sea Monster, first my Wave runner attacked and killed 1 health of my opponent's Mantoid, and then my Sea Monster healed 2 health and attacked and killed 2 more health of my opponent's Mantoid and that opponent monster had only 1 health left now. Another round... My Sea Monster first lost 2 health again for the attack of my opponent's Twisted Jester and then my Wave Runner attacked and killed my opponent's Mantoid. Then my opponent's Undead Priest came forward to the first position and after my Sea Monster healed 2 health again, it attacked and killed the opponent's Undead Priest.

Opponent's Twisted Jester came forward to the first position, both my monsters got back the health that they lost for the special "Weaken" ability of my opponent's Undead Priest, and there came a new round where my opponent lost the ability to attack my monsters as there's a ranged monster at the first position and a melee monster at the second position without any special abilities. Then first my Wave Runner now attacked first and killed 1 health of my opponent's Twisted Jester and then my Sea Monster attacked and killed the Twisted Jester for good. The Cursed Simball of opponent came forward to the first position and there came another new round. My Wave Runner threw a single shot and the last opponent monster had to leave the battlefield as well. My Wave runner killed the first opponent monster and also the last one.

The battle finished in round 6 while my team had 2 monsters alive. All my monsters did great on the battlefield.
