It hurts soo much when you envision something and things don't end up going as you planned. You just sit there thinking about all the possible things you could have done differently that would have lead to better results. Or if it wasn't even possible from the start and you were just to blind to see it and gave yourself false hope.

"They are a part of life", "It is a completely normal thing", "Don't beat yourself up too much", "I am only human". These are just a few of the things I tell myself whenever things don't go as I planned. But it doesn't stop it from hurting even the tiniest bit. If anything it probably adds to the pain.

A large part of yesterday didn't go according to plan. I was very disappointed in my self when I woke up this morning. This is probably why I'm writing this post, to sort of work around my thoughts. I'm not sure I want to share the details on chain though. Just want to reflect a bit on it and seeing how I can be better before going about the day.

Honestly for me, I don't even know how I handle disappointment, I just hurt and let it take it's course. Whatever needs to happen happens. Whether it be crying (yeah I cry sometimes), sleeping, taking a very long and silent walk, writing my feelings down, or sometimes just listening to music in a semi unconscious state while my chest feels like it's going to implode and my head goes on and on and on.

It's all a part of the process of being a human being. No one is perfect and you're bound to make mistakes and somethings are not always going to go how you plan them.

The good thing about disappointments though is that they fuel you to do better. And whether you like it or not they make you stronger, smarter and ultimately better. Because after disappointment we are forced to reflect and think, we don't want to ever feel the pain anymore so we work towards it. And even when it happens again, it's not as painful as the previous time cause of experience.

Today is a new day and I think I've reflected on yesterday enough. Time to move forward and not make the same mistakes I did yesterday. Wish me luck

Life doesn't always go as per pur plans. Incidences happen from nowhere and we are left with disappointments. I think it is important to be forgiving to oneself and then be grateful to what we have already acquired.

After the engergy is gathered again, we can move the better way

Disappointment is at part of our life and we can't ignore it. For various purpose it can come but every time after disappointment make us much better than previous one.
I think we know it very well how to face it I am find the solution of it. We just need to stay positive 🙂.

It hurts? Yes. It's the cost, even of gaining muscle mass. You have to break yourself. And for some reason, does everything else. You want to be good at something? force your limits until they are beyond good. Then take a few days to recover from self holy destruction.

I have cried my fair share. To have the blocks to create, something else must be destroyed. Such is our fate.

This is a very good posting idea. More people need to know it's ok to be wounded. I don't know anyone who haven't experienced pain. Funny enough, the worst people, are those who are too busy denying it.
