Umarım iyisinizdir ya da iyi olmaya çalışıyorsunuzdur. Ben kendimi iyi hissediyorum. Uzun zaman sonra diyetisyenimi ziyaret ettim ve harika bir şekilde aradan geçen zaman hakkında konuşup biraz da geleceğe yatırım yaptık. En azından benim için 😂

Yine dolmabiber yaptım geçen gün. Malum pazarda ne varsa yemekte de o var artık. Bugün ne yapacağım konusunda hâlâ bir fikrim yok ama en azından ayran aşı buzdolabında hazır bekliyor. Bugünlük benim menüm o olacak.

Bu sefer kırmızı soğan yerine beyaz soğan kullandım çünkü büyük yerden emir geldi. Bir süre kırmızı soğan kullanma ben sevmiyorum dedi ama önümüzdeki pazartesi aklımda kesinlikle almak var. Bu haftalık bununla idare etmek zorundayım artık. Soğanı biraz kavurduktan sonra içine 2'si büyük 1'i küçük 3 diş sarımsak rendesi de ekledim.

Ayrıca sonrasında 3 domatesin rendesi, tavsiyem daha fazla koymanız çünkü için kuru kalmış, ve 1 yemek kaşığı kadar domates salçası ekledim. Onlar kavrulduktan sonra 3 su bardağı iyice yıkadığım ve 15 dakika kadar tuzlu suda beklettiğim pirinci ekleyip karıştırmadan hemen önce de baharatları ekledim. Baharatlar yukarıdaki fotoğraftaki gibi. Bir sürü 😂 Baharat severiz.

Ardından yarım saat kadar süren doldurma ve tezgâha vurma işlemi başlamış oldu. İçerisinde kaşıkla dolduramadığım boşlukarı tezgâha vururak dolduruyorum. Oldukça kolaylaşıyor işim. Tencerede boş yer kaldığı ve yıkılmamaları için iki patetes de yerleştirdim. Haşlanmış patatesi herkes sever değil mi?

Son işlem olarak biberlerin üzerini domates parçaları ile kapattım. Ardında üzerinden biraz zeytinyağı gezdirip kenarından 1,5 su bardağı kadar kaynar su döktüm.

Pişirme zamanı geldiğinde ise üzerine kapak kapatıp ilk önce yüksek ateşte su kaynayana kadar sonra da kısık ateşte yaklaşık 40 dakika kadar pişirdim.

Aslında bu tarif oldukça kolay fakat biberi doldurması çok zaman alıyor. Bir de biz sevmediğimizden eklemiyorum fakat pişmesine yaklaşık 10 dakika kadar kala biraz nar ekşisi ekleyebilirsiniz. Tadını daha güzel yapıyormuş ama dediğim gibi biz sevmiyoruz.

Ben yine son hâlinin fotoğrafını çekemeden yemek bitti... Bir de lütfen düşünmeyin ki daha önceki yazımın aynısı yazıyorum. Hayır, sadece aynı yemeği yapıyorum çünkü takdir edersiniz ki her gün farklı yemek yapmak imkânsız. Bazı yemekler ister istemez aynı oluyor ya da ona evriliyor. Bugün de bu şekilde oldu.

Zaten en başında, yemek yazılarımı yazmaya başlarken amacım tarifleri sizlerle paylaşmaktan daha fazla sizlere günlük yemek önerisi verebilmekti. Bence yemek yapmaktan çok hangi yemeği yapmayı karar vermek zaman alıyor ve kafa yoruyor.

Neyse. Bugünlük de benden bu kadar. Sonra görümek üzere. Artık daha daha düzenli ilerleyeceğim bir beslenme programım olacak. I hope you are well or are trying to be well. I feel good. I visited my dietician after a long time and we had a great talk about the time that has passed and invested a little in the future. At least for me 😂

I made dolmabiber again the other day. As you know, whatever's in the bazaar is what's for dinner now. I still have no idea what I will make today, but at least the ayran dish is ready in the fridge. That will be my menu for today.

This time I used white onion instead of red onion because I got an order from a big place. She said not to use red onion for a while because I don't like it, but I definitely want to buy it next Monday. I have to make do with this for this week. After roasting the onion for a while, I added grated 3 cloves of garlic, 2 large and 1 small.

I also added the grated 3 tomatoes, my advice is to put more because it was dry, and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. After they were roasted, I added 3 cups of rice, which I washed well and soaked in salted water for about 15 minutes, and added the spices just before mixing. The spices are like in the photo above. A lot 😂 We love spices.

Then the process of filling and tapping on the counter, which took about half an hour, started. I fill the gaps that I can't fill with a spoon by tapping it on the counter. It makes my job much easier. I also placed two potato pieces in the pot so that there were empty spaces and they wouldn't collapse. Everyone loves boiled potato, don't they?

As a final step, I covered the peppers with tomato pieces, drizzled a little olive oil over them and poured 1.5 cups of boiling water over the edge.

When it was time to cook, I covered it with a tight lid and cooked it first on high heat until the water boiled and then on low heat for about 40 minutes.

Actually, this recipe is quite easy, but it takes a lot of time to fill the pepper. I don't add it because we don't like it, but you can add a little pomegranate syrup about 10 minutes before it is ready. It makes it taste better, but as I said, we don't like it.

The meal was over before I could take a photo of the final version again... And please don't think that I am writing the same as my previous blog. No, I am just making the same dish because as you can appreciate, it is impossible to make different dishes every day. Some dishes inevitably become the same or evolve into it. This is how it happened today.

At the very beginning, when I started writing my food blogs, my aim was to give you daily food suggestions more than sharing recipes with you. I think it takes more time and thought to decide which dish to make than cooking.
