Son-in-law's eggs..Thai food menuดู
Hello ❤️ Hello, today I made this menu to give to monks because I didn't have any fresh food in the refrigerator. So I made a simple shrimp menu that didn't use many ingredients because I had a lot of people at home and I boiled it. I kept the refrigerator, so I came up with this menu so that I could give alms to the monks in the morning when the monks came to collect alms in front of the house. The menu that I made to give alms to the monks today was..son-in-law's eggs.. Son-in-law's eggs don't have a lot of ingredients, friends. All you need is eggs in the refrigerator, boiled or not, then you can make them. Just take the fresh eggs that we have and boil them for about 10 minutes. After boiling, ask the seller to finish cooking and set up a pan, add oil. When the oil is hot, add the eggs that we have already filled in. Fry the eggs until they are golden brown. Then we take the eggs and set them aside. The shallots are cut. When finished, we fry the shallots until fragrant and fragrant until golden brown. Then scoop them up and drain off the oil. Then we take the dried chili peppers and fry them until golden. Then take them out and set aside. Pour out the oil and set aside. Put the pan on the stove again, add a little oil, add garlic and fry until fragrant a little. Finished, add 2 tablespoons of tamarind juice, 2 tablespoons of palm sugar, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, then stir everything together. Mix together and taste 3 flavors: sour, salty, sweet. When finished, when we have simmered, turn off the fire. Pour the sauce that we have simmered on top of the eggs, followed by the fried onions that we have fried and then add in. with dried chilies and sprinkle with a little coriander to complete the ceremony. Ready to cut and put in a bag and then give to the monks. This is my son-in-law's eggs. I'll tell you how to make them well and then. Now I have another menu which is fried fish cakes. I have fried fish cakes for my friends to watch while frying. Let's go look at those pictures.
