We live in a world where people ignore their health at a young age to chase money and end up losing the money at old age to take care of their health... To some people, it is ignorance that causes it; they are not well informed of the consequences of the actions of their youthful days

Smokers: Some people attach their motivation to smoking; they won't be able to do anything right until they smoke. It is written boldly on the pack that smoking is injurious to health, yet people still take it. Could it be that they don't read, or they just don't care...

Most people addicted to smoking don't attain their full life span due to health problems like lung and heart diseases, and many others... It is crazy how some people know this yet still smoke substances.

For those of us who cherish our work more than our health, I won't blame us... The fear of hunger and poverty is what makes us overwork ourselves, but then, we can balance things in a way that we can earn and also take good care of our health.

After what happened to me last year and the year before, I have been taking good care of myself and not letting work or anything else get in the way of maintaining a good, healthy lifestyle.

Before I could stay awake all night working, truth be told, I am more productive and earn better at midnight, but it comes with a price, which is my health, so I no longer do that. Most of the time, I sleep before 11 pm now, and on some days, I could be awake till 2 a.m but rare.

Being a remote worker, the sedentary lifestyle is not helping my health, so I change my routine, I wake up early to do some home work out before turning on my laptop and I also make sure to stroll out daily even when I don't have anything to go and get outside, this new lifestyle helps in burning calories, I also maintain my diet, no more overeating as I don't want to become Obese, there is so much disadvantage to being Obese.

Recently, I got a dumb bell of 20kg, and I have been using it every morning and night. This year, 2026, is one that I plan to build my career and work on my health; there is no leaving one for the other, I am coming for everything!
