这两天的行情又到了不人目睹的状态,钱包不停的缩水,缩水------, 哎, 不知道啥时候能停?低点的时候,我又出了点儿, 先出来透透气,实在是想让它涨上去。 因为我觉得自己就是反向指标的化身,如果我买了, 肯定就会跌,可如果我卖了, 那估计没有几天的功夫就会涨的你怀疑人生😂😅。
Hive 马上就要到4毛钱了,想想看,从那么高的点位出发,一路到这里还看不到尽头,不知道啥时候能反转一下,也让大家心里亮堂点儿!
既然没有什么希望,那就干脆休息,养身体哈哈。 今天做了好吃的,烤羔羊后腿腱!没想到原来觉得很麻烦的烤后腿腱,竟然超级好做, 先上个图。
腌制一下!
准备的食材有羔羊腱4个,开水肏一遍捞出,然后将羊腿放入锅中,加热水再次烧开,改成小火煮40多分钟,这时候肉质鲜嫩,其实除了筋稍微有点疼以外,其他的都还好。 煮好的羊腱子晾凉之后,用刀划下,这样可以更加入味儿。 准备腌制的调料:
耗油两勺,孜然一勺,胡椒粉适量,酱油两勺,盐少量,蒜泥,喜欢吃辣的可以放辣椒粉。调成糊状,然后带上手套,给羊腿腱子来个按摩,让其入味。 调料最好腌制一个晚上,这样第二天就可以做上。
腌制好之后的羊腿放到烤盘中,烤箱调到220度,烤15分钟。 然后再翻个面再考15分钟,快好的时候,将羊腿上涂抹点蜂蜜,再烤5分钟,色泽鲜亮的设计师们回家就可以吃啦!
原来还觉得这四个小羊腿有点多,等到吃的时候才发现,小羊腿根本不够啊!尤其是后腿上的肉质细嫩,几下就啃光了!如果有什么还没有放下的话,那就烤羊腿吧,一个不行,那就来两个😊 , 顺便说一下, 羊腿下的土豆片更加好吃呢!
