看起来容易,做起来难!
某天我刷到了做东北大年糕,看她做的那么轻松简单,于是自己也开始着手做了起来,没想到这次栽跟头了。不过都说什么来的,失败是成功之母麽,总结一下经验教训也是好的。😂
首先准备一下材料,需要大黄米面,饭豆,大枣,花生碎等等。市场上的大黄米面来2斤。
先将饭豆温水泡2个小时,然后煮开10分钟左右,做到半熟。
然后将黄糯米面用水慢慢淋湿,用说我起来成团,但是一散开成面的那种。稍微有点小疙瘩,将小疙瘩撵开
将大枣洗净,然后切开,去掉里面的壶儿,花生变成花生碎,然后铺在蒸帘上
然后我开始学人家的样子, 将蒸帘放笼屉上,上汽之后开始撒糯米面。不过我等半天,气儿上的比较慢,一着急,将糯米面都撒了上去。可能这就是导致失败的原因。
最后一层在放上大枣和饭豆,看起来不错,就差蒸熟啦!
这次撒年糕真是妥妥的失败了。想想失败的原因,就是上汽的时候将糯米粉撒上去,应该是哪里有气撒哪里,让气体完全将糯米面哧熟。可是我因为着急,将糯米面一次都放撒上面去了,这样尽管烧了30分钟,但是糯米面并没有完全潮湿,还是粉状。
更惨的是,因为我锅里面放水不是那么多,锅都烧干了!飘出一点点的湖味儿。第二次补救重新再烧的时候,因为面里加了水,熟了之后,便都塌在了笼屉上,很难成型。😅😂
看来不是每一次做都能成功的,而且撒年糕真的需要技巧,看着人家熟练的做的那么好看,我也只能感叹,有些事情真是看起来容易做起来难啊!
不过我还是想挑战一下,哪天再重新试试,希望下次能做出好吃又好看的东北大年糕出来!
