自制小零食-鸡蛋苏打饼干
又有一段时间没做小零食了,就有种强烈的欲望,补充一下碳水,满足一下内心当中那种小小的欲望,尤其是天气稍微冷点的时候,就更是想吃。买来的饼干确实好吃,但也怕各种添加,所以今天尝试一下做个无水鸡蛋苏打饼干,不过设定的温度有点高了,180度,时间也有点长了,16分钟,有点烤糊了!😂😅
尽管模样不是那么美观,但吃起来还是很好吃的,尤其是苏打的味道很浓呢, 对了,也许就是因为小苏打多了一点点,所以颜色也才深的吧,不过还是好喜欢这个小苏打的味道。
做这个也不麻烦,用了两个鸡蛋,30克的黄油,3克盐,2克酵母粉,1克小苏打,180克的低筋粉,150克发现面有点稀,可能鸡蛋太大的缘故。最后又放了一些葱花,所有的食材全部揉进面里,醒半个小时。
半个小时后,发现面稍微的有点蓬松,找来两张烤纸,将面团放入其中,然后用擀面杖擀薄,也没什么规格,自己觉得薄厚相当就可以啦!有时候,做面食这种东西,我真是有点随心所欲,并不像人家那样做的有模有样,达到卖的水准,我的目的只有一个,那就是我自己能吃!🤭🤪
我自己用的食材都是超级简单,基本上原汁原味儿,这个苏打饼干,晾凉了之后,还是挺酥脆的,味道有点偏咸,加上葱花的香味儿,还是很能满足自己的味蕾,不过我也知道这个东西只能早上吃,绝对不能晚上吃,所以尽管我刚刚做好,那也的管住自己的嘴!

自己做的饼干真材实料,干净卫生。最重要的是可以根据自己喜欢的味道去添加食材。
我也很喜欢做这些,只要有时间,就在家里捣鼓🤭。做完了,觉得很有成就感的😊
