Saludos amigos de Hive y de [@empowertalent](/@empowertalent), hoy nuevamente voy a participar en la iniciativa de esta comunidad, cuyo tema se refiere a La Vitamina, para expresar mi experiencia y conocer tambien las vivencias de otros usuarios dentro de Hive.

Greetings to everyone at Hive and @empowertalent. Today, I’m once again taking part in this community’s initiative, which focuses on ‘The Vitamin’, to share my own experiences and learn about those of other Hive users.

Cabe destacar que cuando hablamos de vitaminas pensamos que son esos compuestos que requiere el organismo para mantenernos saludables, pero también existen otras cosas que permiten mantener una actitud positiva ante la vida, son personas que están en nuestro alrededor, como familiares, amigos, e incluso una mascota que nos puede motivar para seguir adelante en nuestra vida.

It is worth noting that when we talk about vitamins, we tend to think of them as the compounds our bodies need to keep us healthy, but there are also other things that help us maintain a positive outlook on life: the people around us, such as family, friends, and even a pet, who can motivate us to keep moving forward in life.

Asimismo, mi vitamina que me mantiene una energía positiva es mi familia, mi esposa, mis hijos, mis hermanos, sobrinos y mi madre, son el eje que me mantiene motivado para seguir adelante, trabajando y brindándoles los valores del amor y el respeto, para que en el futuro mis hijos sean unos buenos ciudadanos. Cada quien debe tener una vitamina que le da esa energía positiva y que lo apoya en todo momento, no solo en los buenos y los no tan buenos, que es donde nos damos cuenta cuáles son las personas que no tienen gran aprecio.

Likewise, the source of my positive energy is my family: my wife, my children, my siblings, my nieces and nephews, and my mother. They are the driving force that keeps me motivated to keep going, to work hard and to instil in them the values of love and respect, so that in the future my children will grow up to be good citizens. Everyone should have a source of energy that gives them that positive drive and supports them at all times, not just in the good times and the not-so-good times, which is when we realise who the people are who don’t really care.

Por otro lado otra vitamina que me mantiene saludables es el deporte del Senderismo que practico dos o tres veces a la semana, donde disfruto ese contacto con la naturaleza cada vez que salgo a caminar para disfrutar de un bello amanecer, de como se siente la brisa en las diferentes montañas que recorro en las diferentes rutas en cada entrenamiento que realizó.

Another thing that keeps me healthy is the sport of hiking, which I do two or three times a week. I enjoy being in touch with nature every time I go out for a walk to take in a beautiful sunrise and feel the breeze on the different mountains I hike along various routes during each training session.
