Greetings friends who love good food! Welcome once again to my kitchen. Today I bring you a 100% vegan recipe that is not only delicious, but also very nutritious. We are going to prepare a Chard and Vegetable Cream Soup, ideal for the whole family but especially for when the kids come home from school. Saludos amigos amantes de la buena comida! Sean bienvenidos una vez más a mi cocina. Hoy les traigo una receta 100% vegana que no solo es deliciosa, sino también muy nutritiva. Vamos a preparar una Crema de Acelga y vegetales, ideal para toda la familia pero especialmente para cuando los niños regresan de la escuela. Díganme y les muestro los ingredientes y la preparación detallada.

Ingredients:

50 grams of potato
20 grams of white onion
20 grams of paprika
20 grams of carrot
100 grams of pumpkin
2 large chard leaves
4 cloves of garlic
Cilantro and celery Spain to taste
2 sprigs of chives
12 grams of salt
15 milliliters of corn oil

Ingredientes:

50 gramos de papa
20 gramos de cebolla blanca
20 gramos de pimentón
20 gramos de zanahoria

100 gramos de calabaza
2 hojas grandes de acelga
4 dientes de ajo
Cilantro y apio España al gusto
2 ramas de cebollín
12 gramos de sal

15 mililitros de aceite de maíz

Preparation:

We start with the preparation of the ingredients: We wash and peel the potatoes, carrot and pumpkin.

Peel and remove the seeds from the paprika, white onion, garlic and cilantro. Wash very well the celery Spain, the chives and the chard leaves.

Comenzamos con la preparación de los ingredientes: Lavamos y pelamos las papas, la zanahoria y la calabaza.

Pelamos y retiramos la semilla del pimentón, la cebolla blanca, el ajo, el cilantro. Lavamos muy bien el apio España, el cebollín y las hojas de acelga.

To cook the vegetables:

In an electric pressure cooker, we are going to arrange all the vegetables and place 1 liter of water.

Add salt and corn oil.

Close the pot and cook for 35 minutes at medium pressure.

Once the pot finishes its time, we will notice that the vegetables will be crumbled. This is the consistency it should have to form the cream.

Then we are going to process with an immersion blender until we grind everything very well.

We will notice that our cream will have the color of the chard so it will be green cream.

Serve hot and enjoy this delicious vegan cream. At home I have to prepare it several times a week because it is everyone's favorite.

If we have a sprig of cilantro we can decorate the top of the dish. This recipe yields 4 servings and costs approximately $5. It is very economical and nutritious to feed the whole family with this delicious cream.

Para la cocción de los vegetales:

En una olla de presión electrica, vamos a acomodar todos los vegetales y colocamos 1 litro de agua.

Agregamos la sal y el aceite de maíz.

Cerramos y vamos a darle 35 minutos en presión media.

Una vez que la olla termine su tiempo, notaremos que las verduras estarán deshechas. Esta es la consistencia que debe tener para formar la crema.

Luego vamos a procesar con una licuadora de inmersión hasta triturar todo muy bien.

Vamos a notar que nuestra crema tendrá el color de las acelgas así que será crema verde.

Servir caliente y disfrutar de esta deliciosa crema vegana. En casa debo preparar varias veces a la semana porque es la favorita de todos.

Si tenemos una ramita de cilantro podemos decorar en la parte superior del plato. Esta receta rinde para 4 porciones y tiene un costo aproximado de 5$. Resulta muy económico y nutritivo alimentar a toda la familia con esta crema deliciosa.
