Anxieties basically is a normal emotional, uneasiness, nervousness situation every human experience, its not a bad effects but it becomes bad when not controlled, which might lead to medical issues especially for the elderly people.

Gradually with lots of self discipline I got to balance the rate of anxiety I posses, it has been like a burden to me ever since I was a kid, whenever I was expecting something or someone I tend to be so uneasy with myself. Having lots of thoughts especially the negative impacted ones, I always feel it might go wrong, it might not favor me, it might not work out.

All these negative things run around my mind amd whenever it doesn't go as I planned I will like "I said it" nothing ever works for me.
This anxiety syndrome that took me look time to overcome or rather balance has helped me alot, against high blood pressure and other related medical affiliation.

If anything been done with appropriate work should be anticipate same appropriate result. Just incase it turns out not how you expect immediately learn from it and continue trying if you're sure the system is accurate. Big things indeed needs lots of patience.

The nervousness and unnecessary obsession fueled by this anxiety syndrome really mess up my mind. Any little thing I'm always unease and nervous even before the actual event of situation takes place. The "what if" ideology starts sinking deep in my mind. So disbalancing my preparedness. It wasn't a thing to neglect anymore, it made me have low self-esteem and courage was low. I couldn't even believe In myself that I could do things so excellently.

Anxiety on teenagers and in youths are very common because of the expectations and other people dependency, making oneself hooked at a tight angle. When I do something to the best of my knowledge its okay to anticipate excellent result but also don't be too anxious because it might still turn out different, so be ready for any kind of outcome, remove nervousness from within.

An example, I was handling an online business as a vendor and I was so anxious of becoming rich so quick that I never wanted following due process of learning and having experience, I ignored that vital stage and was focus on the money coming in, not until I was told that there is a particular event that was about to profit me thrice the amount if we attend and show vase our business. When I heard it I was so lost in obsession, nervousness and uneasiness, I was planning already what to use the money I would get to buy.

Over anxiety syndrome. Unfortunately the event was canceled every plans crumble to the ground.
I'm so excited I challenged myself to stop the nature of feeling always nervous and uneasy because I had knew how it has started shaping my life and mind in a way that wasn't helping my psychology.

I've gradually overcame that aspect of my life, its in the past now. I can now control myself. Not allowing anxieties take control of my feelings and mind.
