static Session #6 [SPA/ENG]
After a thorough warm-up, I began the main part of the session. I started with a supinated front lever, feeling the control in each muscle, and then executed a pullover that transitioned seamlessly into a Victorian lever. I held the position for a few seconds, concentrating on the technique, and then lowered myself into a classic front lever, holding it for three seconds. Without missing a beat, I performed a press, crossed my hands, and slowly lowered myself into an X-grip front lever, which required great coordination and strength. I decided to take a short break to regain my energy.
After a sufficient rest, I applied a pinch of lime to my hands to improve my grip and resumed the session. This time, I performed a three-second front lever touch, followed by a tuck-forward pull-up to change my grip on one hand and perform a mixed-grip front lever. Without losing my posture, I turned around and held the position for four seconds before finishing.
It fills me with joy to see the progress in these movements, especially in the front lever. At first, I felt overwhelmed by how much I needed to improve, but now, with dedication and constant effort, I see results that motivate me to keep improving every day.
