A continuación, este sencillo paso a paso.
Hello dear Hive community! Today I want to share with you a typical dessert from the French city of Bordeaux: Canelé, this is a sponge cake with a rum and vanilla flavor, it has a crunchy texture on the outside and is spongy and juicy on the inside. Here is this simple step by step.
Ingredientes:
• 2 tazas de leche
• 2 cdas de Mantequilla
• 2 yemas de huevos
• 1 huevo
• 1 taza de azúcar
• ½ cdta de sal
• 1 taza de harina de trigo
• 1 cdta vainilla
• Cáscara de naranja
• ¼ taza de ron
Ingredients:
• 2 cup of milk
• 2 tbsp of butter
• 2 yolks
• 1 egg
• 1 cup of sugar
• ½ tsp of salt
• 1 cup of flour
• 1 tsp of vanilla
• Orange peel
• ¼ cup of rum
Paso 1
Calienta la leche con la mantequilla hasta disolver por completo.
Step 1
Heat up the milk with the butter until completely dissolved.
Paso 2
En un bowl mezcla yemas, huevo, azúcar, sal y revuelve
Step 2
In a bowl mix yolk, egg, sugar, salt and stir.
Paso 3
Agrega la harina y mezcla.
Step 3
Add the flour and mix.
Paso 4
Incorpora en pequeñas porciones toda la mezcla de la leche.
Step 4
Incorporate in small portions all the milk mixture.
Paso 5
Agrega vainilla, ron y cáscara de naranja.
Step 5
Add vanilla, rum and orange peel.
Paso 6
Tapa y refrigera por al menos 24 horas.
Step 6
Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
Paso 7
Saca de la nevera y cuela.
Step 7
Take out of the fridge and strain.
Paso 8
Coloca mantequilla en los moldes y vierte la mezcla.
Step 8
Put butter in the molds and pour in the mixture.
Paso 9
Hornea a 475°F o 250°C por 10 minutos y luego a 350°F o 180°C por 60 minutos
Step 9
Bake at 475°F or 250°C for 10 minutes and then at 350°F or 180°C for 60 minutes.
