Burning Cards
I took some time to clean out my cards, especially the older ones from the Chaos Legion set. I had a few duplicate cards, already maxed, and leftover level 3-4 cards that have very low market value. Furthermore, some of them aren't currently in high demand, so I preferred burning to selling.
From selling the cards, I probably would have earned slightly more than the DECs I earned, but we know that the volume of CL cards printed is truly enormous, and a little burning will certainly do us good. By the way, I had a lot of Soulbound cards from the CL set that were in excess of my maxed copies, and following the same logic, I converted them into GLINT tokens. These were very useful because I immediately bought some epic Soulbound cards from the new set.
From burning CL cards, I got about 15,000 DEC and almost 100,000 GLINT, a small treasure that I've already invested in other cards. In my opinion, we need to promote more Splinterlands card burning events because it's a great tool for increasing asset value and gives players an additional reason to purchase many more packs of the various sets and minisets.
ITA
