By purchasing ESCALATION cards
For a few days now, I've been eyeing some cards from the ESCALATION set on the Splinterlands secondary market and have started purchasing the cards I like most, which are also very useful in battle. Prices are still outside my ideal range; I'm fairly confident the cards will drop further in value over the next few weeks, but that doesn't stop me from starting to purchase and upgrade my assets.
___
I particularly like the cards with 13 mana. Each element has a unit with this mana, and they're very powerful cards even with their starting stats... The higher they level up, the more dangerous they become to opponents. In fact, immediately after purchasing them, I started testing them in both Wild and Survival modes, achieving very satisfying results.
Of course, high mana can undoubtedly be a problem in battle, but there are more and more opportunities to deploy these units. The cards chosen are still common, which means you need a whopping 400 BCX to reach the maximum level 10. Some of these cards are currently only at level 4. Honestly, I'll wait until the value approaches $0.01 before making large purchases. You might also consider purchasing a BF card directly... Sometimes the price isn't that far from the value of a simple, boosted card.
