Milanesa, ensalada y arrozºººººMilanese, salad, and rice
Hola a todos, es muy bueno de ves en cuando degustar algo acorde al dia, por ejemplo hoy que hace mucho calor, que mejor que en degustar milanesa de pollo, arroz y ensalada de remolacha, tomate, lechuga y huevo, dicha milanesa se la prepara de la siguiente manera, primero cortamos la carne para milanesa de la pechuga del pollo, luego en un volts. agregamos huevo, sal, pimienta a gusto, lo batimos y luego agregamos la carne del pollo cortada para milanesa, luego la pasamos por pan rallado, para despues freirla, quedando como lo vemos en esta fotografia, muy sabrosa.
Para la ensalada, una ves hervida la remolacha, le quitamos la cascara y la cortamos en trozos pequeños, luego a la lechuga la cortamos tambien junto con el tomate, hervimos el huevo y tambien mesclamos todos, en esta ocacion tengo un poco de lenteja a la que tambien le agrego a dicha ensalada, condimentada con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.
Para el arroz es lo mas facil, agregamos la olla en la hornalla de la cocina, le agregamos agua, luego dicho arroz, revolvemos un poco y una ves cocinado, le quitamos el agua y listo para acompañar a la milanesa, la verdad salio todo muy sabroso.

Hello everyone, it's very nice every once in a while to enjoy something suitable for the day, for example today when it's very hot, what better than to enjoy chicken milanesa, rice, and a salad of beet, tomato, lettuce, and egg. The milanesa is prepared as follows: first, we cut the chicken breast into milanesa pieces, then in a bowl. we add egg, salt, pepper to taste, beat it, and then add the chicken cut for the milanesa, then we coat it in breadcrumbs, and finally fry it, resulting in what you see in this photograph, very tasty.
For the salad, once the beet is boiled, we peel it and cut it into small pieces, then we also cut the lettuce along with the tomato, boil the egg and mix everything together. On this occasion, I have a bit of lentils that I also add to the salad, seasoned with olive oil and salt to taste.
For the rice, it's the easiest part. We put the pot on the stove, add water, then the rice, stir a bit, and once it's cooked, we drain the water and it's ready to accompany the milanesa. Honestly, everything turned out very tasty.
