Pescado a la parrilla con ensaladaºººººGrilled fish with salad
Hola a todos, teniendo en cuenta que el pez es muy bueno para nuestro sistema o sea para nuetra salud, bueno la verdad es mejor el pez de agua salada, porque al ser de un mar profundo. lo digo por ejemplo por el salmon, el cual es el que mas omega 3 contiene ademas de ser muy sabroso para una gran variedad de comidas, la mas sobresaliente es el sushi, bueno este pez que vemos en la fotografia es de rio-sabalo- es de agua dulce, pero al ser cocinando como lo vemos sale muy bien, entonces prendemos el carbon, cuando se hace brasa y al estar al rojo agregamos la parrilla y sobre esta dichos peces, cocinados muy lentamente y con poco fuego.
Para acompañar dicho pez, lo mejor es preparar una sabrosa ensalada, como la que podemos ver en esta fotografia, la misma contiene, tomate cortado en julianas, al que le agregamos tambien huevo duro, todo condimentado con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto, mesclamos muy todo y listo para degustar.
Esta bueno para mitad de semana, degustar una comida de este estilo, la misma es liviana y muy nutritiva, bueno ademas de sabrosa jajajaja.

Hello everyone, considering that fish is very good for our system—that is, for our health—well, the truth is that saltwater fish is better, because it comes from the deep sea. I say this, for example, about salmon, which contains the most omega-3s and is also very flavorful in a wide variety of dishes, most notably sushi. Well, this fish we see in the photo is a river sábalo—it’s freshwater—but when cooked as shown, it turns out great. So we light the charcoal; once it’s turned to embers and is glowing red, we add the grill and place the fish on it, cooking them very slowly over low heat.
To accompany the fish, the best thing is to prepare a tasty salad, like the one we can see in this photograph. It contains julienned tomatoes and hard-boiled egg, all seasoned with olive oil and salt to taste. Mix everything well and it’s ready to enjoy.
It’s great for midweek to enjoy a meal like this—it’s light and very nutritious, and, of course, delicious, haha.
