The Neuroscience of Fear: How Our Brain Reacts to Threats
When it comes to the world of humans like this, there is actually a whole lot of things that made up our mind. Some of them we are actually cautious of and some of them we are not even cautious of and at the end of the day, we will begin to suffer for it. If there is one common thing that everyone of us face in life, it is called fear.
Everyone of us face fear. It can be fear related to either our finances, fear about the future, fear about our career and many more. In any aspect of life I have come to discover, we will constantly face fear and it is actually our obligations that we put ourselves in the right situation to overcome fear.
Fear is not something that cannot be overcome. I have seen people face fear and because it was so severe for them, they thought they will never overcome fear. Fear deals with emotions and so if you are able to understand how it works, it will help you to know how to overcome it. In several ways, fear always influences our character and most of the time, it is at the negative side of it actually.
Our body is actually configure in a way whereby it react whenever it detect threats or generally anything that might want to influence fear. The truth many of us did not understand is that fear can be overcome. Most of the time, when we encounter fear, our heart beat will definitely increase at a very rapid rate and which will lead to our breathing rate to also increases. Sometimes also, it will come with excessive sweating for us
But the issue I have come to discover is that fear also have it's own positive side. Most of the time, I aheb come to discover that we only focus on the negative effects of fear. But it also have it's own positive side. On several occasions, fear have actually pushed me to do things that at first I was not willing to do and I am talking about the positive actions. Most of the time, fear of failure have always helped me to take the necessary steps that I should take to achieve success.
There are several ways people get fear. It can be because of social media. Sometimes it can be because of news, sometimes it can be because of what we hear or see someone do. Fear is like a thought. If you did not quickly fight it, it will leads to more steps. Because of fears, I have seen it leads people to depression and even suicide at the end of the day.

Sometimes the way we react to fear leaves me wondering, the reflexes and all just to stay safe is something else.
Absolutely true
Fear is always helpful because it helps one to prepare very well for what is coming, not taking it so casually but being ready to fight the challenge with the motive to win.
You are absolutely true and right
