Still Not Enough
I have to sacrifice everything for the choices I made over the years. And the sad part is that it still will not be enough.
What even is that?

To some extent, it remains true that responsibilities do not let you falter. There is often a cost to this productivity, or so-called induced pressure. Quite human in nature, distress signals alert us.
The older I get, the easier it feels to be disturbed in sleep. The younger me didn’t stand for much and had nothing to take care of, but responsibilities do that.
Added distress has made me choose a path where time is crucial. The body needs its stretch, the lumbar and spine compression. Running was once a crucial part, but now it is either the guilt of not doing enough or the ineligibility of vacancy — no more.
Things seem to get piled on, and the time for reading the books I like, or for the activities I want to do, slips away.
