MegaCon 2025 (3)
Day three of MegaCon was Saturday. This is typically the busiest day of the con and this year was no exception. Foot traffic in the vendor hall is absurdly tight. Doing any shopping is really impractical as far as I'm concerned. I did, however, walk up and down most of the aisles to get some crowd video (which I will eventually post, probably years from now when I catch up). That meant this was another day of bumper to bumper panels.

The first panel was titled "INTO THE SPEED FORCE WITH THE CAST OF THE FLASH". This was a packed panel that included Carlos Valdes, Danielle Panabaker, Tom Cavanagh, John Wesley Shipp, Candice Patton and Grant Gustin. Members of the cast of Flash have been to MegaCon before but they've never had a panel with this many.

Next up was "INSIDE THE ACTION WITH DOLPH LUNDGREN". He's been in tons of action movies but his role in Rocky IV will be the one I always remember. I honestly haven't watched much else that he has done. I didn't really know much about him so it was interesting in that regard. For instance, I learned that he got his degree in chemical engineering before moving into acting. He's an incredibly smart person unlike some of the characters he plays.

Next up was "GRIMM TALES WITH DAVID GIUNTOLI & BITSIE TULLOCH". These two are married in real life which I did not know. Grimm originally aired from 2011-2017 on NBC I believe. However, I did not watch it until I was looking for something new to watch one day and found it on Netflix or Amazon Prime or whatever streaming service it was on at the time. I thoroughly enjoyed it though and there are discussions in progress for bringing it back.

Finally was the "STAR WARS: SKELETON CREW CAST PANEL". I haven't actually seen any of Skeleton Crew yet but Jude Law was part of this panel and I was curious to see him. I will get around to watching it eventually.
Four 45 minute panels plus about an hour in line waiting for each makes for a pretty long day. One of these year I'm going to take it easy and only go to maybe two panels a day and explore some of the other stuff at MegaCon. There was a Japanese arcade I didn't even see for instance...
