Understanding one true self is one of the most important things in life.Many People go through this life without truly understanding their purpose, who they truly are, their capabilities,what they are made of or what make them unique. For a person to be his or her true self, that means you will have to recognize your purpose, strength, passion and weaknesses. It helps in building confidence and making better decisions in life fulfillment. In life before we grow, we most first of all understanding our self to make make better decisions like when know your value and beliefs, you
Make choices that improve your relationship and communicate better with people, increase your confidence and recognize your strength forming deeper connections with others.

WAYS TO FIND YOUR TRUE SELF

Generally when it comes to finding your true self is not always easy, but it can be possible with much effort and self reflection.taking time to think about your life, asking yourself questions like what are your strengths and weaknesses, what is your biggest fear in life ,what do you value and make you happy, write a journal that can help you remember or track your thoughts and emotions. Nobody is perfect, every person has his or her qualities and capabilities that need to be improved. Instead of ignoring ur mistakes, aspect them and work really hard on them, at the same time celebrate your strength and use them as strategies. Sometimes people see things in us that we don't. Asking family,trusted friends what they think about our qualities can help also in finding our true self, just as said me personally I do ask my close friends ,if they were asked to describe me what will they say, They feed about I get weather position or negative help me to improve me self.another way to understand your true self is by paying attention to how your react to situations, your behavior and emotions tells a lot about your true nature.

Your qualities are the characters that define you ,some may be natural while some may develop with time.to identify your qualities, think about your potential, about moments you felt proud of your self.many people underestimate themselves, but the truth is that everyone is unique and has talents waiting to be developed.

In summary understanding your true self potential, qualities is a lifetime journey. It requires Much effort and courage. But the results are worth it, greater happiness and success await.just start by embracing your strength and working on your weakness, reflecting on who you are and exploring your passion. Remember that you are unique and special. Your potential is limitless. You just have to believe in yourself and take a step toward it. The more you know yourself ,the more you grow the best version of yourself.
