Hello everyone, I’m delighted to be back here, where we creators can always share our designs. I’m pleased to show you some lined cups for making a bustier. So, for now, I’m just going to show you the first part of the bustier, where I’ve started lining the corset cups. I hope you like it!

Hola amigos, feliz de regresar a este espacio que siempre nos permite poder compartir nuestros diseños a los creadores. Tengo el gusto de presentarles unas copas forradas para realizar un bustier. Así que por ahora solo les voy a presentar la primera parte del bustier donde inicié a forrar las copas del corset. Espero que les guste!

Materials - Materiales

• Trousers made from recycled fabric, including yellow recycled fabric

• Bustier cups

• Thread

• Pantalón para reciclaje y tela amarila reciclada tambien

• Copas de bustier

• Hilo

So I started by cutting out the pieces for the bustier from both the lining and the denim fabric. Then you sew the lining fabric first.

De esta manera inicié sacando las piezas del bustier tanto del lado del forro como la tela de jean. Luego se cose primero la tela del forro.

The lining fabric will be sewn to the inside of the bustier cups.

Se va a coser la tela del forro por el lado interno de las copas de bustier.

Next, sew the denim side of the fabric, sewing the edge right sides together with the lining, then turn it inside out so that the bodice is sewn on the inside and has a neat finish. Finally, finish the seam by sewing along the bottom edge of the bustier bodice.

Seguidamente se cose el lado de la tela de jean y cosemos el borde cara con cara con el forro, para luego darle la vuelta y de esta manera la copa queda cosida internamente y con un bonito acabado, Finalmente sellamos la costura cosiendo en el borde bajo de la copa de bustier.
