Even if we select a time, especially at night, we should put our mobile phones away for two to three hours. If we sleep at 10 pm, we should put our mobile phones away at 7 pm. A very important point here dear friend. We need time off from our phones to spear ourselves the problem of eyesight 👀. But for those of us who wears some reading glasses 🤓, its a good prevention to help our eyes .
