It's just like a saying goes " customers are always right" which escapes most business owners ears

I've had many bad encounters with people who render goods or services. They act as if I'm literally begging them to collect money and on other days, they keep you waiting for hours and then bring up one silly excuse for not attending to you. Terrible.

Our sales are customer dependent and not the pride in the product

Customer service is something they need but honestly, it doesn't always work. There are always going to be some bad customers but most of them are good. Customers are a part of the ongoing revenue for a company and there is no reason to give a person to leave.

Some people fail to really understand the meaning of customers are always right because they feel some customers don't have the right over them and when this happens they misbehave to show negative feedback to their customers.

Good relationship matters and with that we need to take caution with how we relate with people especially business wise. We aren't perfect though but we need to learn it to avoid disrespecting people in other to grow financially and create a good relationship.

Customer experience is really important in business. I've had my fair share of bad customer service that I never got back to that business or recommend them to anyone. Customer are an important building block in business and having a good customer service will help retain customers that will be with you through good and bad times in business.

In reality, when people have good products, it creates too much competition and this makes them forget or not pay attention to their customers again. Sometimes people think their customers are dispensable because of too much competition for their product. It happens a lot here.
