This evening I had a great experience and a new taste of juice. It is Lemon soda (a drink made with lemon + soda water + a little sugar/salt). This was my first time drinking this juice. I liked both the method of making it and the taste. First, some chilies are cut into a glass, then lemon water and a little soda are added. After that, a few ice cubes are added. The ice cubes seem to bring peace to the soul in this heat. It also has several benefits. For example:

1. Aids in digestion – The citric acid in lemon aids in digestion, especially after a heavy meal.

2. Gives a refreshing feeling – The fizz of soda and the sour taste of lemon refreshes the body.

3. Can reduce heartburn – Can provide relief in some cases of mild gas, heartburn or discomfort.

4. Provides electrolytes – Adding salt adds sodium and minerals to the body, helping to reduce dehydration in hot weather.

5. Source of vitamin C – Lemons provide antioxidants, which help boost immunity.
