Hoy les traigo un jugo muy tropical de nuestra zona oriental ya que nos refresca la vida y nos endulza el paladar, está receta es muy facil de hacer ya que necesitamos solo 3 ingredientes principales,hoy les traigo batido de Cambur y parchita,estás dos frutas aportan diferentes beneficios para el organismo porque aportan nutrientes y minerales que ayuda en la prevención de enfermedades en el cuerpo humano.

2 Cambures
100gr of sugar
2 glasses of water
Blender
Strainer
Knife
Spoon.

2 Parchitas grandes
2 Cambures
100gr de Azúcar
2 Vasos de agua
Licuadora
Colador
Cuchillo
Cuchara.

Primeramente lavar bien las frutas para luego con la ayuda del cuchillos picar los cambures y las Parchitas.

Al tener las frutas picadas hay q echarla en la licuadora y colocar los 2 vasos de agua, luego los 100gr de azúcar y licuar por 30 segundos, con la ayuda del colador se cuela el jugo para sacarle el sumo de la fruta.
