飲茶 Yum Cha
4月12日開始,本地政府終於放寬防疫措施,限聚令由2人放寬至4人。
因為疫情進一步緩和,由5月19日開始,食肆堂食更放寬至8人一枱,外出吃飯時,終於可以多人一起圍坐,熱鬧一點兒。
我們小組今天算是人齊,其中一位同事建議去飲茶,大家和議後就出發了。
也許是大家因為疫情,被困家中太久,也許是二人限聚令,限制了大家之前一起吃飯或飲茶的慾望,同事一下子就下單不少點心。
我最喜歡的是中間的鮑魚燒賣(下圖中間的點心),好像是酒樓的得奬作品,差不多要$10一顆,很矜貴吧!不過,挺好吃😋
這是我們的點心大集合~
因為茶樓侍應有時是端一款點心上來,有時是相類近的點心做好或蒸好後,一起端來。
一邊吃一邊上菜,吃完點心,侍應就把空盤子收走。不知不覺間,原來我們吃了不少點心。
所謂「相機食先」(廣東話,意思是吃東西前先拍照),幸好有拍照,現在把它們併在一起,種類不算少。我們小組組員真的太久沒有一起飲茶。
