前几天看到了一个用馒头做披萨胚的视频,这个视频太和我心意了,我不爱做披萨就是因为那个披萨胚太麻烦了嘛!这下可以解决了。我说出来和大家分享一下哦!
首先准备两个馒头和两个鸡蛋(我想用花卷做那个披萨胚也会好吃)。把馒头掰碎,蛋打进去,稍微放点盐巴捏匀了。纸上涂一点油,把它倒进去做成和外面卖的披萨一样的胚子。放进空气炸锅里烤10分钟。
取出后涂上番茄酱和一些芝士碎,再放进去烤3分钟。
切些青椒和红椒,我今天第一次做,怕不好吃,所以我什么荤的都没放,可以放香肠、培根、鸡块、牛肉片,想吃什么放什么。放好青红椒后再撒点芝士上去,再进空气炸锅里烤十分钟。
这样出来后那味道就和外面卖的披萨闻起来味道是一样的,吃起来也很好吃。
在十几年前我要做披萨总是揉好几个发面面团,我不爱揉面所以我就也不爱做披萨。
今天做的披萨胚缺点是馒头是冰住的,没有捏得很碎,然后我才放了一个鸡蛋,有点粘不起来,其它都没问题。还有一个缺点就是芝士比较贵,其它都很便宜的,可以一直做,成本不高,味道挺好,总体要比外面的划算,再说自己用料上比较安全,强力推荐给大家哦!

胚子放点盐还是很关键的,整体有味道了。今天中午又给他做了一个当中饭哈哈
我也看過類似影片,但是我沒能力把批薩做出來 😁
