【私家厨房】~酸菜黑鱼片
老妈中饭吃得很早,十点半就煮好开吃了,吃之前拍了张照片给我看,原来是酸菜鱼,拍照来引诱我,刚好我也买了黑鱼片,临时到小区门口去买一包酸菜鱼料,反正我们中饭要十一点半后吃,马上烧,诱惑不到我的嘿嘿!
准备食材:黑鱼片、酸菜鱼料,油、生姜、西兰花、红椒。
1)鱼片买来是削好的,用酸菜鱼里的腌鱼片料包腌制下鱼片,生姜切好,西兰花剪开泡洗,红椒切片。
2)起锅倒油,炒菜的量,把生姜片放入爆香,倒入清水,放入酸菜鱼料包里的汤汁包煮。
3)把西兰花和酸菜鱼里的酸菜包放入,再把红椒放入煮开。
4)煮开就可以放鱼片了,均匀的放入锅里,先不要动,等滚起了再轻轻动鱼片,使鱼片都煮到。煮2分钟就可以出锅了。
买的酸菜鱼调料包里面什么都有,烧酸菜鱼一点难度都没有,而且都很美味。在装前尝尝汤汁浓淡也很重要,万一淡了只要加少许盐就可以了。
