The morning arrives without explanation. No apology for yesterday, no demand for answers. It simply opens its eyes and waits for me to do the same. In this quiet hour, before the world begins to ask for too much, I remember that I am allowed to start gently.

I carry unfinished thoughts, half-healed wounds, and dreams that have learned patience. They wake up with me. Yet the sky does not judge the weight I bring into the day. It stretches wide, reminding me that space exists even for the things I do not yet understand.
I am learning that becoming whole is not a sudden moment but a daily agreement,to show up, to try again, to forgive myself for moving slower than I imagined. Some days I grow loudly, other days I grow in silence. Both count.
This morning, I choose awareness over anxiety. I will not rush my purpose just because others seem ahead. Life is not late with me. Every step I take, no matter how small, is still movement.
I will speak with intention, listen with humility, and act with care. If I stumble, I will stand without shame. If I succeed, I will remain grateful. And if nothing extraordinary happens, I will still honor the ordinary, because that is where most of life quietly lives.
The sun rises not to promise an easy day, but to remind me that light always returns. And so do I.
When afternoon cometh
The day is no longer new. The softness of morning has given way to movement, noise, and the quiet weight of responsibility. By now, I have felt effort in my body and thoughts in my mind. Some plans have worked, others have shifted, and a few expectations have gently fallen apart.
