One of the things I enjoy about family and parenting is the fun of food time. it's an incredible time of bonding and sharing smiles and emotions. Depending on days, times and occasions food time comes with something different depending on day's activity.

I don't get to enjoy my food in peace as will always have someone with his little spoon and tiny hands across plates. So i was having white rice and some pepper soup, a traditional food for cold weather in Nigeria when the little man popped up with a rubber spoon in his hands.

Its never the same thing with my second son, will have to run miles to finish a small plate of his food per time, lots of climbing, crawling, climbing and jumps. they all create fun out of meal time.
