我家老头子又痛风啦

真是的，不知道怎的，昨天晚上我家老头说他脚不舒服，可能是痛风发作了！今天早上起来看他都走不了路了！唉～又脚疼烦人啊！早上我就自己简简单单吃个面包算是早餐吧！然后自己在网上下单买菜了！看到他痛风发作走不了路，真是太可怜了！我想他最近也没有吃啥东西啊！
怎又是脚疼的，最近新闻，也好多孔肯雅热，不知道是不是他中招了！听说中招就会脚疼关节痛啥的！！最近全城都在杀蚊子！不过看起来他我不像，没有出现红疹啥的，就是他不听话，以为自己很牛逼，喝太多饮料珍珍汽水所以通风发作了。哈哈～我说我我买给自己喝的！谁知道是不是他偷偷偷吃我的珍珍汽水了！
我网上查了下说尿酸高是要控制饮食，不能吃高嘌呤的食物，不能吃海鲜，哈哈～不过中午我还买了虾回来！不知道虾是不是海鲜！中午就不给他吃虾啦！就简简单单吃个饭和一点青菜吧！哈哈～虾差不多都给我吃了，他痛风不能吃！有时我感觉痛风挺有人性的每次他都是痛一个脚，留一个脚给他跳着走路！
看来他身体也不怎好的，让他多喝温开水吧！这样可以降降尿酸！也不知道这次他脚痛多久！我先点药给他吃了！感觉他都像半瘫的感觉！他总是说疼，我也没有痛风，不知道痛风啥感觉！只想他早日好起来吧！话说今天晚上还是吃鱼！哈哈～他又不能吃～

好多东西都不能吃，牛羊肉，甚至鸡鸭鱼这些，都不能吃，海鲜更是不能碰，然后就是那些碳酸饮料也不能喝，只能多喝水去借助身体代谢降低一点尿酸❤️
