营养轻食早餐:虾仁鸡蛋草莓+素面
前段时间外卖吃太多,脸色不大好,最近终于开始健康饮食计划了。从网上买了一大堆营养食材,虾肉牛排蔬菜水果这些,等着慢慢消耗。
早上的时间比较赶,所以大多采用蒸的烹饪方式。这种方式能更好地保留食物中的营养。而且还超级省事,只需把食材放入电饭煲蒸格就可以去忙自己的事了。
今天的搭配:虾仁、鸡蛋片、草莓、素面,蛋白质、维生素保证营养,碳水保证体力。饮食虽然简单,但胃不会有负担。相信经过一段时间的“营养”疗法,身体能产生良性循环!
