Masa woke up with the same routine and after preparing breakfast she went to wake up her children as they were getting late for school. Her husband was taking a shower and later he dropped his children to school. When he came back the breakfast was ready at the dining table and Masa was waiting for her husband to start the breakfast with him. While having their breakfast, her husband asked,

" Haven't you received any response yet? It's already been a week since you have applied for it."

"No! Not yet! Hope they give any response in one or two days."

"Alright! Okay, see you in the evening!"

"Okay! Have a nice day!"

Masa applied to a fashion designing company as she was a professional designer but after her marriage, she was not able to do the job due to some reasons. But now, her husband convinced her to start her career again. He was a very supportive husband, so he wanted to see his wife as an independent woman.

He kissed her head and left for the office. Masa finished her chores and later went to the market to do groceries. Her toddler (Rayan)was also with her. On the way, she saw a disabled person who was asking for help. Masa was a kind lady, she helped him with money and came back home. She was tired so after having some rest she went into the kitchen to prepare lunch for her children, but just then she received an email from a company and they called her for an interview. She was happy to hear this but nervous at the same time as so many things were running through her mind.

"How I would manage all the things? Who would prepare lunch for my children? Who would look after Rayan? Would I be able to give time to my family?" She asked herself in her mind.

In the evening, when her husband came back, she informed him about the email she received from the company. He was happy and encouraged Masa,

" I am proud of you my wife and I am sure you will achieve this position. They will surely hire you for your talent. "

"I hope so! But..." Masa replied with hesitation.

"Is everything ok? He asked

" I am just thinking about Rayan. Who would look after him?"

"As for tomorrow, I will take leave from the office and the rest of the things we will decide later. But for now, just focus on your interview. "

The next day, Masa woke up at 6 am. Although the interview was at 10 am, the interview place was far from their house. Her husband also woke up with her and he helped her in preparing breakfast. After dropping his children to school, he said to her,

"Hurry up Masa! It's 7:15 am and I think you should reach there before the given time." But Masa was giving her husband the instructions, to how to look after Rayan in her absence.

" Here is the milk and feeder and he would ask for a feeder at 9 am and later at 11:30 am."

She picked up her bag and was about to leave but just then she remembered something else,

"Oh! I haven't told you about his pamper and wipes, it's in the lower drawer. "

" Alright! He replied

Now finally she left for the interview, but the very next moment she opened the door again and returned to tell her husband about the lunch for her children.

"There is pasta in the fridge which I prepared last night, It would be enough for lunch."

"I already know, as you have told me about it last night."

"Oh! Alright!"

"Now just go, otherwise you would be late."

She was going just for a few hours but was taking too much time to say goodbye. It was already 8:15 am and Masa was still at home. Now finally she bid goodbye to her husband, but upon reaching the street she realized that she had forgotten to bring her phone. She immediately returned to bring her phone. Seeing her, her husband was surprised.

" Masa! You are still here?"

"Oh! I forgot my phone on charging."

"O please Masa! Stop this childish behavior and just reach there before time."

"Okay, okay! I am leaving. "

Her husband was fully frustrated at her this behavior. But now finally, she said goodbye to her husband. She sat in the rented car and started her journey. She was hopeful, but a mishap happened on the way, as the main road was blocked due to the accident. They waited for a half hour and finally the road was opened. But now only 15 minutes were left in an interview. She asked the driver to speed up the car to reach there on time, but she was already late.

Upon reaching there, she was informed that the interview timing had ended. She was sad to hear this, but nothing could be done. She left for home with a heavy heart.
