Buenas tardes. Hoy salí a correr una vez más. Aproveché que el clima estuvo muy fresco por ser temprano en la mañana para poder trotar. Los resultados no fueron los ideales, hablando de la velocidad, pero me sentí bastante bien al poder retomar las carreras. Me acompañó @minerva1 durante todo el trayecto, lo cual es muy positivo porque todos sabemos que es mejor correr acompañados.

Sigo trabajando para que los registros sean los mejores, aumentando mi resistencia y bajando el tiempo de la carrera. Cómo detalle adicional, quiero comentar que las calles estaban muy transitadas, había mucho tráfico, pero fue muy tranquilo a pesar de esos detalles.

Hablando un poco más del clima, debo decir que fue una excelente mañana para correr, porque el clima no superó los 22 grados, algo realmente bajo para las temperaturas que solemos tener en la ciudad de Maturín. Me hubiera gustado mucho seguir trotando, pero por los momentos tengo un horario bastante ocupado, así que tuve que dejar hasta allí la carrera.

Agradecería mucho todas las sugerencias que puedan darme para mejorar a nivel físico, porque la idea es aumentar mi resistencia y poder sacar el máximo provecho en cada carrera. La aplicación estuvo muy bien, algo que también hizo la carrera mucho más agradable.

Good afternoon. Today I went for another run. I took advantage of the very cool weather because it was early in the morning to go jogging. The results were not ideal, speed-wise, but it felt pretty good to be able to resume running. I was accompanied by @minerva1 all the way, which is very positive because we all know that it is better to run accompanied.

I'm still working on getting the best records, increasing my endurance and lowering my race time. As an additional detail, I want to comment that the streets were very busy, there was a lot of traffic, but it was very quiet despite these details.

Talking a little more about the weather, I must say that it was an excellent morning to run, because the weather did not exceed 22 degrees, something really low for the temperatures we usually have in the city of Maturin. I would have really liked to continue jogging, but at the moment I have a very busy schedule, so I had to leave the race until there.

I would be very grateful for any suggestions you can give me to improve physically, because the idea is to increase my endurance and get the most out of each race. The app was very good, something that also made the race much more enjoyable.
