Dos de enero

La misma banca del parque solitario en una mañana soleada. Hace una semana, una tarde calurosa estaba otra vez vacía. Mientras alrededor la gente se movía, los niños corrían, los perros halaban las correas y otros en una sombra no tan discreta liaban un porro.
Pero la banca vacía de la mañana sigue vacía. Ahora no está a la sombra y la castiga el sol.
Cuando pase el verano, el castigo no será tal y los que sienten en sus huesos el frío elegirán la banca calentada por el sol.

Agua para canes y humanos en los oasis del mar de concreto. Plazas y parques, rincones donde detenerse y dejar de correr mientras verdes plantas nos conectan con lo natural.
Elegir entre el campo o la gran ciudad. Conveniencia o mayor comodidad.
Lo mejor de dos mundos en uno solo, qué complejo ideal.

January 2nd

The same park bench, deserted on a sunny morning. A week ago, on a hot afternoon, it was empty again. While around it, people moved about, children ran, dogs tugged on their leashes, and others, in the not-so-discreet shade, rolled a joint.

But the empty bench from that morning remains empty. Now it's not in the shade and is punished by the sun.

When summer is over, the punishment won't be so harsh, and those who feel the cold in their bones will choose the bench warmed by the sun.

Water for dogs and humans in oases amidst the concrete jungle. Plazas and parks, quiet corners to pause and stop rushing while green plants connect us with nature.

Choosing between the countryside or the big city. Convenience or greater comfort.

The best of both worlds in one—what an ideal complex.
