A veces se pretenden conversaciones serias o de cierto modo con aspiraciones trascendentales y se termina conversando sobre temas absurdos, o eso fue lo que hoy me ocurrió con @jkalthor. Comenzamos sobre aspectos muy puntuales de la mitología judeo-cristiana y terminamos debatiendo sobre el origen de los dioses griegos si estos hubiesen nacido en el territorio venezolano en la actualidad.

Aunque parezca un tema que no lleva a nada y simplemente parece un producto del ocio creo que pensar al respecto cierta seriedad nos permite acercarnos no solo a la mitología griega de la que sobreabunda información sino también nos permite acercarnos a lo venezolano en su pluralidad cultural desde sus diversas regiones. Creo que puede ser un ejercicio no solo divertido el hecho de imaginarse a los dioses griegos como venezolanos sino que podemos aprender un poco del modo de ser del venezolano, sabiendo que cada región tiene cosas únicas además de las compartidas con todo el país y que cada dios griego posee no solo un dominio sino un rango de acción, pero, hoy no pretenderé profundizar en cada uno de estas cosas.

Como no hemos llegado a un consenso con el que nos sintamos conformes de que dios pertenece a tal o cual región, vemos pertinente y también necesario el pedir apoyo de cuantas personas puedan aportar su punto de vista tanto con la mitología como de lo que identifica y hace única cada región del país. Por lo que pretendemos esté artículo sea concebido todo como una llamada a la acción, pero antes de la consulta popular delimitamos que dioses griegos vamos a ubicar y cuales son las regiones de venezuela:

Cabe destacar que baso estas regiones en lo que corresponde a las zonas que los venezolanos identificamos y que se podría decir que hay ciertas similitudes culturales aunque podría identificarse a algún dios con un estado muy en específico pero, eso queda de tarea.

Ahora bien, la iniciativa que deseamos promover es muy sencilla, solo se trata de decir que dios pertenece a una de las regiones y el por qué crees que, por ejemplo, yo creo que Zeus es del Zulia y me baso en el hecho de que en esta región se encuentra el rayo del catatumbo, y bien sabemos que Zeus es el dios del rayo.
