Lupak na Saging
Hello Everyone☺☺☺
Hope all is safe and good😊😊😊
Now let's talk about food. Last week during the mourning of my late father some of my cousins brought a banana. And last-last day my sister suggested to cooked some of those banana while it's not yet rotten. So I decided to make it into the famous snack here in the Philippines called "Nilupak". You can used any kind of rootcrops in making this. Some of us used sweet potato and cassava. So now since we have a banana this is what were going to used.
INGREDIENTS:
- Banana
- grated coconut
- sugar
***(I'M SORRY I FORGOT TO TOOK A PHOTO OF OTHER INGREDIENTS)
PROCEDURE:
1.Washed the banana then put it in a caserole to cook.
2.Once it already cooked grind it.
3.Put the grated coconut and sugar into the grind banana then mixed thoroughly to combined well.
4.Taste it and if it's taste good it's now ready to serve. And on my case since I have a puto molder I used it for a better presentation.
That's it my dear hiveians. It's made up of so simple ingredients but the taste of it is luxury. It's so yummy and delicious. I'm sure once you taste it you will forgot your name for a second lol.
Are you curious already? So what are you waiting for try this recipe at your home and taste this personally with yourself.
That's all for now everyone. Keep safe always. God Bless and Thank you for your unending support to my blog always☺☺😘
truly yours,

It my province we call this "nilusak". I suddenly remembered by grandmother, she never fails to make this every week. She will use a big wooden mortar to mash the bananas. This classic process will give you a nostalgic feeling back in your childhood days of making nilusak. Simple recipe you can no longer easily find anywhere now a days.
Yes your right. In our own dialect we called it "nilupak". And yes before my lolo used this big wooden too to smashed the banana.😊
