Primera semana trotando 3 días a la semana y ha sido un éxito para mí, nada más el salir de mi casa es un gran logro. La verdad me siento muy bien, por supuesto no tengo experiencia pero si muchas ganas de mejorar mi condición física y hacer algo por la salud de mi cuerpo. Espero seguir y mejorar mi disciplina.
Al salir de casa comenzó a lloviznar, pero conociendo el clima de mi cuidad no dudé en continuar. La recompensa fue un lindo atardecer y que me alegró muchísimo y pude capturar en fotografías. 💛⛅️
First week jogging 3 days a week and it has been a success for me, just leaving my house is a great achievement. The truth is that I feel very good, of course I have no experience but I really want to improve my physical condition and do something for the health of my body. I hope to continue and improve my discipline.
When I left home it started to drizzle, but knowing the climate of my city I did not hesitate to continue. The reward was a beautiful sunset and that made me very happy and I was able to capture in photographs. 💛⛅️
