Hola amigos. Después de varios días sin poder trotar debido a que estuve enfermo, hoy fue un día muy especial para mí. En la zona donde vivo se llevó a cabo una carrera de 10 km con motivo de la salud renal, una causa que me parece muy importante y que merece todo nuestro apoyo. Aunque no participé como corredor porque todavía no estaba totalmente recuperado, decidí ser parte de esta experiencia de otra forma: salí a recorrer parte del trayecto.

Hice un recorrido de aproximadamente 3.2 km junto a la ruta principal, y desde ahí apoyé a todos los corredores con fotos y videos. Fue muy reconfortante ver tanto entusiasmo, energía, y me sentí especialmente motivado al animar a mi esposa, que corría. Ver la determinación y esfuerzo de cada participante fue inspirador, pude capturar momentos muy emotivos que sé que quedarán en el recuerdo.

La organización estuvo fino, el ambiente lleno de alegría. Mucha gente de la comunidad y sus alrededores se reunió para apoyar esta causa tan valiosa, y eso hizo que todo fuera aún más lindo. Aunque no pude correr la distancia completa, compartir este evento con mis seres queridos y participar desde otro lugar me hizo sentir parte activa de algo mucho más grande.

Estoy agradecido por la oportunidad de poder levantarme, salir y apoyar a quienes sí participaron corriendo, y espero muy pronto poder retomar mis entrenamientos al 100%. La salud es un tesoro, y eventos como este nos recuerdan la importancia de cuidarla.

Hi, everyone. After several days of not being able to go for a run because I was sick, today was a very special day for me. A 10K race was held in my neighborhood to raise awareness about kidney health, a cause I believe is very important and deserves our full support. Although I didn’t participate as a runner because I wasn’t fully recovered yet, I decided to be part of this experience in another way: I went out to cover part of the route.

I walked about 3.2 km along the main road, and from there I supported all the runners with photos and videos. It was very heartwarming to see so much enthusiasm and energy, and I felt especially motivated cheering on my wife, who was running. Seeing the determination and effort of each participant was inspiring; I was able to capture very emotional moments that I know will remain in my memory.

The organization was top-notch, and the atmosphere was full of joy. Many people from the community and the surrounding areas gathered to support this valuable cause, and that made everything even more beautiful. Although I couldn’t run the full distance, sharing this event with my loved ones and participating from a different perspective made me feel like an active part of something much bigger.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to get up, go out, and support those who did participate by running, and I hope to resume my training at 100% very soon. Health is a treasure, and events like this remind us of the importance of taking care of it.
