Queridos amigos, lectores y emprendedores. Hoy los saludo con mucha alegría al poder volver nuevamente con ustedes. Me siento feliz de estar acá y seguir en esta comunidad tan linda. Quiero compartir con ustedes este escrito, estas experiencias y vivencias, espero les guste y que les vaya muy bien siempre!

Hace unos días culmine mi primer año de la carrera. Presente mi exposición de proyecto y me fue muy bien, pero. Me ocurrió algo muy raro, y fue que no sentí nada. Esa semana y la anterior tenía mucho estrés sobre mis hombros, el mes de noviembre fue para mi muy estresante. Tenía que comprar materiales, tenía exámenes, parciales, clínicas y todo un día tras otro sin descanso. Además, existían algunas cosas en grupo y de allí sabemos que siempre trabaja uno solo y la responsabilidad siempre era mía.

Llegó un punto en el que mi mente era una grabadora que le daba inicio a la grabación y la pausaba para comenzar otra y así sucesivamente. No tenía emociones al presentar una evaluación, no tenía tiempo ni para sentir nervios, aunque creo que quizás muy en el fondo si los tenia, pero. No los demostraba, cosa que no entendía porque.

Pase días en los que solamente estudiaba y miraba a la pared, preguntándome el por que me había puesto como en modo automático, y no encontraba respuesta.

Al pasar los días y terminar mis evaluaciones, llego el día que todo estudiante espera que es la defensa de su proyecto. Cuando me llaman a exponer solté un suspiro y es como si fuera un mar llevado por sus olas a donde el quiera.
Al levantarme y exponer todo fue fluido, sentí que tenía el domino de mis emociones a pesar de tener el corazón latiendo cada vez más lento, lo cual es raro porque generalmente late más rápido cuando estamos nerviosos. Al terminar ese día en el cual ya culmine oficialmente mi primer año al firmar el acta, pensé que estaría alegre, pero. No sentí nada.

No sentí absolutamente nada en todo el día, y al llegar la noche me acosté en mi cama y mire mi uniforme en el piso, mi bata en el gancho, mis hojas con las que estaba estudiando y comencé a llorar.Y allí salieron todas esas emociones las cuales eran unas combinaciones entre impotencia, rabia, nostalgia, alegría, disgusto,satisfacción y también de como no asitmirlar las cosas todavía, porque hasta ese momento no me había dado cuenta de que ya pasó un año desde que comencé esta aventura y este sueño que imaginé hace tanto tiempo.
Llore por todo lo que paso ese día, esa semana de estrés y ese año lleno de aprendizaje y de lecciones que me dejó la vida. Lloré porque somos humanos y porque sentí de cierta forma que estaba drenando toda esa carga que tenia en mis hombros. Lloré hasta que me quede dormida y di las gracias por las cosas que aprendí, que gané y que perdí. Me di cuenta de como los seres humanos podemos llegar a bloquear nuestras emociones para que nuestros planes no se vean afectados, sin darnos cuenta que las emociones juegan un papel fundamental en la vida y que sin ellas la verdad es que las cosas pierden un sentimiento y precisamente sentir es lo que te hace estar vivo.

A few days ago, I finished my first year of university. I presented my project, and it went very well, but... something very strange happened: I felt nothing. That week and the week before, I had a lot of stress on my shoulders. November was a very stressful month for me. I had to buy materials, I had exams, midterms, clinicals, and everything, day after day without a break. In addition, there were some group projects, and we all know that you're always working alone, and the responsibility always fell on me.

It got to the point where my mind was like a recorder, starting and pausing recordings, and so on. I felt no emotion when presenting an assessment; I didn't even have time to feel nervous, although I think that perhaps deep down I did. He didn't show it, which I didn't understand why.

I spent days just studying and staring at the wall, wondering why I'd gone into autopilot, and I couldn't find an answer.
As the days passed and I finished my assessments, the day every student waits for finally arrived: the project defense. When they called me to present, I sighed, feeling like a sea carried by its waves wherever it wants.

When I stood up and presented, everything flowed smoothly. I felt in control of my emotions, even though my heart was beating slower and slower, which is strange because it usually beats faster when we're nervous. At the end of that day, when I officially finished my first year by signing the graduation certificate, I thought I would be happy, but I felt nothing.

I felt absolutely nothing all day, and when night came, I lay down on my bed and looked at my uniform on the floor, my lab coat on the hanger, the papers I'd been studying with, and I started to cry. All those emotions came out, a combination of helplessness, anger, nostalgia, joy, disgust, satisfaction, and also the feeling of not yet fully grasping things, because until that moment I hadn't realized that a year had already passed since I began this adventure and this dream I'd imagined so long ago.

I cried for everything that happened that day, that stressful week, and that year full of learning and lessons that life taught me. I cried because we are human and because I felt, in a way, that I was releasing all that weight I'd been carrying on my shoulders. I cried until I fell asleep and gave thanks for the things I learned, the things I gained, and the things I lost.
